Accessibility
A business you cannot use is a business that has excluded you. We build this site to be read, navigated, and used by as many people as possible.
Last updated August 2, 2026. This statement is maintained by Diane Veal & Co.
Our commitment
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a finished project: as pages change, we review them again.
Measures in place
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and page structure so screen readers can navigate each page in order.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alternatives for decoration.
- Labels on every form field, with errors announced in text rather than by color alone.
- Keyboard access to all interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color pairings chosen for contrast against our navy, gold, and ivory palette.
- Comfortable tap targets and layouts that respond from small phones to large displays.
Known limitations
Content hosted by third parties, such as our membership community and podcast platforms, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. If a third-party destination creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will provide the information another way.
Tell us what isn't working
If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear it plainly: the page, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We will respond and give you the information you needed in an accessible format in the meantime.
