Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Last updated August 2, 2026. This policy is maintained by Diane Veal & Co and describes the practices of this website only.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us through a form:

  • Consultation inquiries: your name, email address, and any phone number, organization, role, business stage, area of interest, and description of your challenge that you provide.
  • Consultation bookings: your name, email address, the meeting time you select, and any context you add to the intake form.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address and which page you subscribed from.
  • Direct email: whatever you include when you write to one of our published inboxes.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and route it to the correct inbox at the firm.
  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel a consultation you requested.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to, which you can leave at any time.
  • To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in the secured database that powers this website and are accessible only to the firm and the service providers required to operate the site, such as our website hosting, database, and email delivery providers. Those providers process the information on our instructions.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your browser may store limited technical data needed for pages to load and function correctly.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry, booking, and subscriber records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

To make a request, write to Info@dianeveal-co.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site, including restricted access to stored records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
