How do engagements typically begin?

Do you work virtually?

Yes. Advisory, implementation support, training, and workshops are all delivered virtually, which makes the work accessible to women building around jobs, caregiving, and full schedules. In-person engagements may be available depending on scope.

Are services customized?

Always. There is no packaged program applied to every client. Recommendations are built around your stage, resources, industry, and goals—and designed so you can carry them forward without a consultant in the room.

Do you provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice?

No. We are a business consulting, advisory, training, and implementation company. Specialized legal, tax, accounting, and financial matters require licensed professionals, and we will tell you clearly when a step calls for one.

How is confidentiality handled?

Client information, internal findings, and business details are treated as confidential and are not shared without permission. Confidentiality terms are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.

Diane Veal — Founder & CEO

Diane has built businesses from the ground up. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and brings more than 14 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, having owned and operated companies in clinical laboratory services, mental health counseling, and drug and alcohol treatment.

She knows what it costs to start without a blueprint—and what it takes to build something that holds. Today she works as a strategist, educator, speaker, and advisor helping women create opportunity for themselves and their families.
