Diane Veal & Co is a professional consulting company serving women who are building businesses—from the first idea to the point where a company runs on systems rather than sheer effort. We advise, we train, and we implement alongside our clients.
We work especially well with women who were never handed a business playbook: women working two jobs, women without formal business training, first-generation entrepreneurs, and women who feel intimidated by technology and AI. None of that is treated as a deficiency here. It's simply the starting point we plan around.
We also serve established founders who need operational structure, pricing discipline, hiring rhythms, and an objective advisory partner for the decisions that only the owner can make—as well as organizations that want entrepreneurship, leadership, operations, and AI training delivered professionally.

Diane Veal is the founder of Diane Veal & Co. She works directly with women who are turning an idea into a business, stabilizing a business that has outgrown its current systems, or stepping into leadership with more confidence than they feel at first.
Her approach is plain-spoken, structured, and practical. She listens until the actual problem is clear, translates complexity into language a person can act on, and leaves behind systems, plans, and skills that continue to work after the engagement ends.
She is Christ-centered in her foundation, which shapes the firm as a standard of practice rather than a platform: honest counsel, respect for the client's time and money, and a long view of what the business is being built to carry.
